I believe in the power of choice and magic of living in the complex wholeness of your truth. Creating safe spaces that encourage authenticity and help clients feel equipped to make values-aligned decisions in every aspect of their lives is my passion. Regardless of heartache or hardship, I empower clients to consistently show up as the highest version of themselves.

I specialize in helping clients navigate big life transitions such as cross-country moves, coming out, job loss, divorce, and family estrangement. Your heart is safe with me to fully and simply be as you are in whatever you're going through.

I'll partner with you as your biggest cheerleader and gently challenge you to look within for answers, inspire optimism, & encourage courageous living.
